The place is high quality and silent, we didn't want to say goodbye!
The staff are really helpful, the hotel is fairly clean and the breakfast is sensational. The location of the venue is perfect and excellent, near the historical center of the town and the market square overlooking the Christmas Market. Altstadt is a district that deserves exploring. Make sure you stay in the guest room with the view of the city. The service is marvellous, includes good parking.

Huge and spotless room and fairly clean bathroom with a shower, hair dryers and towels. Excellent, fine breakfast with probably purchased at the bakery nearby, the bakery nearby plus fragrant.

Comfy rooms, arrived late when checking in, very helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Staff didn't understand English very well, and did not clarify when they did not understand, so there was large miscommunication.

The hotel is in a great located in the old town. It is very close to the Bahnhof / railway station and bus stops. The hotel had a great choice of food for breakfast.

Convenient location is the key strength of the hotel. The staff are very very nice. I personally like the old building structure as it gives a historical touch of the leisure stay in this old town which is famous for old castle.
